Refund and Returns Policy

1. Overview
All resources, guides, and memberships from The Joyful Discovery Club are delivered digitally.
Because access is granted instantly, we do not offer refunds for digital downloads or memberships.
We understand that sometimes things don’t meet expectations, and we aim to be fair. If you’re unhappy for any reason, please reach out, we’ll always look for a way to make things right.
2. Digital Products
Once a digital file has been purchased and accessed, it cannot be refunded or returned.
If you’ve received the wrong file, or there’s a technical issue opening it, email catherine@thejoyfuldiscoveryclub.com and we’ll resend or fix it as soon as possible.
3. Memberships and Subscriptions
You can cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
When you cancel, your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
You won’t be charged again unless you choose to rejoin later.
If you’re not happy with your membership experience, we may, at our discretion, offer store credit for future purchases instead of a refund. Credits can be used towards any digital products available in our shop.
